As an out-of-network provider, I do not accept insurance directly. However, many PPO, POS, and HDHP insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that help clients get reimbursed for therapy. To use these benefits, you can first check your deductible, which is the amount you need to pay out of pocket for health services before your insurance benefits kick in. Once the deductible is met, you can start getting reimbursed anywhere from 40-80% for my services, depending on your plan’s benefits. To claim reimbursement, you will need to submit out-of-network claims to your insurance company. I'm happy to provide a super bill for this purpose.

I'm Ann Creilson, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and relational somatic therapist with over twenty years in the mental health field. Before becoming a therapist, I flew 737s as a commercial airline pilot, a path that ended on September 11, 2001 and ultimately led me toward my own profound healing journey. I have advanced training in Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) and draw on an integrative, attachment informed approach in my work with women and trauma survivors. I see clients in person in Wenham, Massachusetts on Boston's North Shore and virtually throughout the state.

Therapy is guided by your goals, not insurance limits. You and I decide the pace, frequency, and focus of our work together. And you are free to seek support for stress, relationships, life transitions, or personal growth, issues not covered by insurance.
Out-of-Network Benefits
You may be eligible for partial reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network coverage. I am happy to provide a super bill for this purpose. Please note that a diagnosis is required for all super bills.
